Thank you for your purchase. We hope you’re happy with it. However, if you’re not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items (including packaging) must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and label attached. Item(s) used, washed, damaged, without their original packaging or late will be sent back to the address listed on your order.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery date. Returned items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed in its original packaging and with all original tags attached. Once you contact us we will provide the return address.
Please note you are responsible for all the cost of returning items to us in original condition. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Any returns received in the warehouse more than 14 days from delivery date are ineligible for return and will be shipped back to the customer without notice.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least thirty (7) business days from the receipt of your item to process your refund in store credit.
At the moment, our exchanges are not automated. If you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please return your original item(s) for a full refund in store credit and place a new order.
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect please immediately contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and email us a brief description and a photo or two showing the defect/fault.
Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 14 days of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of misuse are not considered to be faulty.
DISCOUNTED OR FINAL SALE ITEMS
Sale items that are discounted on sale of 30% off or greater, or marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. No exceptions. Any FINAL SALE items included in a return will be sent back to the address listed on the order.

How long do I have to return something for a full refund?
You have 14 days from the order date to process a return. Any returns received at our warehouse more than 14 days from the order date are ineligible for a refund and will be shipped back to the customer without notice.
When will I receive my refund?
We will issue your refund within 30 business days once we receive your return package.
Your financial institute will post your refund within 5-10 business days. Unfortunately, at this time we cannot refund any lost returns.
